• You must be 18 years old or above.
• You must provide the following documents:
  • PAN Card
  • Election Card / Aadhaar Card / Driving License
  • Bank Account Passbook Xerox
  • Valid Mobile Number
  • Valid Email ID
• One person can open only one unique account for promotional activities with a unique name and PAN.
• The company is not liable to pay any overdue interest for delay in payments.
• A person has to understand that he/she can do independent promotional activities and is not an employee, agent, or legal representative of https://biz.ememwellness.in. Users further agree and understand that they have no authority to incur any debt, expense, or obligation on behalf of the company.
• All payouts mentioned in the user account are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Users are requested to submit a copy of their PAN card to be eligible for receiving payments.
• The company reserves the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to alter or modify the program at any time, including plans and terms of all payment benefits to users.
• The company reserves the right to terminate any user's or partner's contract for any reason whatsoever. Termination notice will be provided via email and will be effective immediately.
• We have a strict "No Refund Policy". No refund will be available to any user for any reason.
• We do not provide any guarantees or promises, either explicit or implicit.
• Do not create the mistaken belief that you can become rich quickly here. Business income depends on individual efforts, skills, and performance.
• If any user violates responsibilities or commits fraudulent activity against the company, the company reserves the right to withhold payments and take appropriate legal action to recover damages.
• Notify us via email if you wish to permanently close your account.
• Users must not involve themselves in any anti-company activity, including any work or actions not permitted by the company or harmful to the company’s reputation. If found guilty, the user's contract will be terminated instantly and no refund or compensation will be provided.
